  1. Eighteen years of experience in both industrial and retail industries; areas of expertise include Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Strategic Planning, Product Management, New Product Development and Change Leadership.
  2. Held management positions with Ingersoll Rand for nine years, most recently as Global Business Unit Manager as part of the Fluid Technologies Group.  Responsible for global P&L, business development and new product development. Drove global growth by expanding an Americas only business into Asia Pacific, achieving second year revenues of $1.5M from the China and India regions.
  3. Worked with LIbbey Glass (Toledo, Ohio) for five years in several roles, including Regional Account Manager.  Account responsibility for Wal-Mart and five distribution channel partners; exceeded revenue targets year over year, increasing shelf space by over 40% and revenues by 50%.
